Amazon Relay processes payments via direct deposit (ACH) to your registered bank account. Payments are issued automatically based on your completed loads.

Payments are typically sent on a weekly basis, depending on your carrier agreement. You can check your payment cycle in the Payments section of the Relay app or we can help.

After Amazon issues payment, it usually takes 1-3 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

You can access payment details, including invoices and transaction history, in the Payments tab of the Amazon Relay app or carrier dashboard

If a payment is delayed or doesn’t match your records, you can:

  • Check for updates in the Payments section.
  • Submit a Payment Dispute through the Relay app.
  • Contact Amazon Dispatch Pros for further assistance.

Amazon Relay does not charge fees for direct deposit payments. However, standard bank processing fees may apply depending on your financial institution.
